Two months ago I decided to try Zumba. I gave it a try and I finally realized that besides just a workout I needed lots of motivation and that's what I found in Zumba. I am currently one of three guys in the Monday through Thursday classes with Victoria, and these sessions are part of my regular, weekly exercise routine. Zumba is not only a fun filled energetic form of exercise, it helped me to lose weight and kick start my weight loss journey to a healthier life style. I have achieved amaizing results, losing over 10 lbs and still going. Victoria has added so much excitement to each class, she is motivating and creates a comfortable, crazy, fun, wild, enviroment which makes it feel more like a party than a workout! I have never enjoyed doing exercise until I started doing Zumba and now im addicted.
